Wieland adds 3-phase power supplies to wipos range

Wieland Electric has added 3-phase power supply units to its popular wipos range. The new DIN rail mounting wipos P3 ac/dc converters are suitable for 10A - 40A duties and accept a wide voltage input range. The units will function under extreme ambient conditions, in temperatures ranging from -25° to 70°C with 100% output up to 60°C. Fetaures include power factor correction, voltage drop compensation, active monitoring with switching output, and LED based diagnostics. The P3 3-phase units can also function as 2-phase devices and may be connected via screw terminals either in series or, for increased performance, in parallel. wipos P3 converters are short circuit protected, offer over-temperature protection and comply with all relevant European guidelines and standards.
