Distribution boxes from Wieland

Wieland Electric has launched two new distribution boxes to complete the gesis IP+ range, a pluggable installation system comprising an IP68 range of connectors, pre-fabricated and tested cable assemblies and appliance couplers that will manage incoming supply, distribution, routing and interfacing to terminal devices.

A system-optimised plastic housing serves as the base to which device connections with various poles or mechanical codings can be fitted. It is available in two options: a compact distribution unit (150x105x55 mm) with up to four slots, or a multi-distributor (150x105x95 mm) with up to eight slots. In addition to fulfilling its distribution function, the ample multi-distribution box can also accept additional modules such as fuses.
