Low-profile keypads with rugged construction

Two new low-profile keypads from Foremost Electronics combine attractive styling with rugged construction. The waterproof AK Series metal keypads are available in, 3 x 4-key or 4 x 4-key formats, each having the option of yellow or blue key illumination. Having contact ratings of 24Vdc at 20mA, the Series offers a lifetime of two million cycles per key, thus exceeding commonly-applied performance specifications. Options of red and green key illumination will also become available.
