Ethernet converter

GarrettCom Europe has developed an industrial Ethernet converter switch that provides a ready upgrade to gigabit performance without compromising transmission distance. The new CSG14 enables industrial installations with multi-mode fibre to achieve 2,000m gigabit connectivity - previously only available when using single-mode fibre cable. It includes two 10/100/1000 copper ports and a gigabit fibre port in a small form factor switch chassis that can be configured to support any multi-mode or single-mode gigabit fibre connector type. The CSG14 is available industrially hardened for factory and exterior applications, and a version is also available with power over Ethernet.
